How to Pay

Our website accepts both debit and credit card payments.  If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please make them payable to florame.co.uk and send them to: 

Mill Pightle House, Hollow Lane, Stiffkey, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1QQ.

UK Postage and Packing

For orders under £35.00 add £3.80 postage. For orders over £35.00 we include free postage. Once payment has been cleared we’ll send you your order straight away. Orders received before noon will be sent out the same day. Orders received afterwards will go out the following day. If you pay by cheque or postal order this will take a few days (because banks take ages to clear them) so please bear with us - you will get your order in the end, we promise. We will specify the method of delivery when you place your order with us.

Returns

If your order is damaged or faulty on receipt, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund or replacement. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a receipt for the cost of postage and we'll refund you the postage you’ve had to pay to return the goods to us as well. We also operate a 10 day cooling off period so if you decide you do not wish to keep the item, please return it to us, unopened, within this time frame and we'll give you a full refund, less the cost of postage.
