Sweet orange organic essential oil is particularly favoured in the manufacture of orange chocolate and as a flavouring for cakes and pastries. Sweet orange organic essential oil can also be taken internally to help with digestive complaints but medical advice should be sought before doing so. When used in air diffusion, sweet orange organic essential oil has a very pleasant, sweet aroma which can help to relieve stress and is particularly effective when diffused for 15 minutes before bed time. Sweet orange organic essential oil has powerful antiseptic properties and can help kill off air borne bacteria and viruses. To help prevent winter infections, diffuse sweet orange organic essential oil throughout the house twice a day for 15 minutes at a time during autumn and winter.

Blends well with

To create a relaxing blend combine with bergamot organic essential oil, fine lavender organic essential oil, and ylang ylang organic essential oil. To create an antiseptic blend combine with ravinstara organic essential oil, eucalyptus radiata organic essential oil, Scots pine organic essential oil, lemon organic essential oil and grapefruit essential oil.

Sweet orange organic essential oil also blends well will cinnamon leaf essential oil, coriander essential oil, clove organic essential oil, cypress organic essential oil, frankincense essential oil, Geranium organic essential oil, Jasmine essential oil, Juniper organic essential oil, Neroli organic essential oil, Nutmeg essential oil, Petitgrain essential oil, Rose essential oil.
