When used in massage, either diluted to 5% or applied directly to the skin, smithii eucalyptus organic essential oil can help to ward off colds and winter chills. Smithii eucalyputus organic essential oil can also be effective in combatting flu. When used in massage, smithii eucalyputus organic essential oil should be massaged into pulse points and on to the chest. When applied directly to the skin, smithii eucalyputus organic essential oil should only be used sparingly in small doses. Smithii eucalyptus organic essential oil should not be used in air diffusion as it has a strong, medicinal, camphorated perfume.
