For colds and flu, blend two drops of ravintsara essential oil with two drops of radiata eucalyptus organic essential oil and five drops of organic macadamia oil and apply to the arm once daily to help prevent colds and flu or every hour to treat the infection. When used in air diffusion, ravintsara essential oil can help to disinfect the air. Ravintsara essential oil has a very pleasant fresh, balsamic note when used in diffusion.
