Florame Aromatherapy's organic peppermint essential oil can help to combat nausea, headaches and digestive complaints. To treat digestive complaints blend one drop of peppermint organic essential oil with one drop of coriander essential oil and one drop of bergamot organic essential oil in 5ml of hazelnut oil and massage the abdomen. To alleviate headaches, blend one drop of peppermint organic essential oil with two drops of fine lavender organic essential oil and 5 drops of organic macadamia oil and massage into the temples. To help combat feelings of nausea, put one drop of lemon organic essential oil and one drop of peppermint organic essential oil on to a sugar lump and let the sugar dissolve in the mouth. When used in air diffusion, peppermint organic essential oil has a very fresh, clear scent. Peppermint organic essential oil can be used as a food flavouring in ice creams and chocolate.
