Description

Florame organic aromatherapy's organic orange flower water, or organic hydrolat, is traditionally used to help relax adults and induce sleep in children. Adults should add a dessert spoon of orange organic flower water to a cup of lavender organic herb tea before bedtime to help induce sleep. Add one or two dessert spoons of orange organic flower water to a glass of water before bedtime to help children go to sleep quickly.

Orange organic flower water is an excellent food flavouring and can be added to all manner of dishes, from salad dressings to north African food, to puddings, to biscuits to create a really distinctive, fresh flavour.

Add 100ml of orange organic flower water to children's bedtime bath water to help relax them and ease them into a peaceful sleep.
