Instructions for use

At the first signs of a cold, or flu-like symptoms, diffuse 3 or 4 sprays of Zen Winter on to a hanky and inhale deeply.  Continue inhaling for several minutes initially and frequently throughout the day.  When the scent starts to fade, top up your hanky with more sprays and continue to inhale at regular intervals.   At night, spray the air immediately around your bed with Zen Winter and spray your pillow directly with 3 to 4 squirts of the organic cold remedy before you go to sleep to ensure your sinuses remain clear and you are able to breathe easily.

If you find yourself in an enclosed space surrounded by strangers in close proximity such as trains, the tube, aeroplanes, buses, lifts and so on, it is highly recommended that you spray our organic cold and flu remedy, Zen Winter Spray, on to a hanky both before and during your journey and inhale deeply to ensure that any potential germs are dispelled before you inadvertently inhale them.
