Description

Florame organic aromatherapy's organic camomile flower water or organic hydrolat, can help to soothe stomach cramps when added to a glass of water. Add two or three dessert spoons of camomile organic flower water to a glass and top up with water. Camomile organic flower water can also help relax the body and induce sleep when taken as a drink.

For those with sensitive skin, camomile organic flower water can also be added to face masks and to facial saunas and body saunas to help soothe the skin and keep it supple. When added to the bath (100ml), camomile organic flower water helps relax the muscles and rejuvenate the skin.

After being in the sun, camomile organic flower water can be sprayed on the skin to help calm and soothe soreness. After application, pat the skin dry to leave a refreshing, hydrolated feeling.
