Florame organic aromatherapy's organic lavandin essential oil, or hybrid lavender essential oil, has strong soothing qualities on the muscles. This lavender essential oil is widely used in massage oils favoured by athletes and gym goers to relax muscles before and after phsysical exertion. A good calming massage blend includes two drops of wintergreen essential oil, five drops of hybrid lavender organic essential oil and two drops of camphorated rosemary organic essential oil diluted to 5% in organic macadamia oil. When a few drops of lavender organic essential oil are massaged into 5ml of shampoo, it can help to prevent head lice. When used in air diffusion, lavender organic essential oil also has a calming effect though the scent of hybrid lavender organic essential oil is less refined and more camphorated than that of fine lavender organic essential oil.  Organic lavender essential oil can be used as a natural flavouring in food and drinks.
