Two drops of cineol rosemary organic essential oil can be blended with two drops of euycalyptus radiata essential oil and 2.5ml of an organic vegetable oil and massaged into the chest to ward off winter chills. When used in air diffusion, cineol rosemary organic essential oil should not be inhaled directly because of the camphor content.
