When used in air diffusion Florame aromatherapy's organic bitter orange essential oil has a relaxing effect which helps to reduce stress and create a sense of wellbeing.  Organic bitter orange essential oil can be blended to great effect with fine lavender essential oil and diffused into the air to create a festive, feel good fragrance to lift the mood.  When used in massage, organic bitter orange essential oil can help oxygenate the veins and incresae blood circulation. Organic bitter orange essential oil should not be applied undiluted to the skin as it has strong photosensitising properties so exposure to sunlight should be avoided for 24 hours after use.  Organic bitter orange essential oil can also be used as a food flavouring.
